Deeply Felt

A solo exhibition of my works using felt and textiles along with cast (sculpted) paper will be opening on Friday June 29 at 5pm. The venue is a small Art Space called Wand’in’in in the charming market town of Eumundi on the Sunshine Coast. The gallery’s address is 73 Memorial Avenue, but it is set back a bit from the street and the best way to find it is to turn at the Post Office Corner and turn into Gridley Street. The opening will include a parade of wearable art outfits made from felt and other natural fibres including cotton and silk. It is open to the public and there will be finger foods and a cash bar. My friend Marilyn Luck from Gympie Toastmasters will be MC of the wearable art parade with a commentary which explains the meaning of each outfit.
